What is the Illumination Disruption Summit

Innovating in today’s fast-changing lighting industry requires new tools, new insights and new skills. Lights Fantastic is organizing a two and half day Illumination Disruption Summit bringing together our top 30 sales people and executives from throughout our organization to gain the knowledge and the tools to lead us into this new era of lighting. Through a combination of “TED” Talks from customers, vendors and leading trainers, as well as specially designed workshops and group competitions, Lights Fantastic will attempt to develop 30 of the leading lighting sales people and industry leaders.
