What to Expect

KICKOFF DINNER
On Thursday, June 22nd at 7:00 PM at the Lorenzo Hotel, we will host a Kickoff Dinner with many industry luminaries and an exciting, industry-leading speaker.
DOWNTOWN GROUP OUTING
We have planned a special evening event on Friday as well to enjoy the Dallas downtown nightlife as a group.
GROUP COMPETITION AND WRAP-UP
We will finish the Summit on Saturday with a fun-filled, interactive competition, a la “The Apprentice,” with special guest judges. We will hold the competition at our Lights Fantastic Pro Showroom, which will wrap up by noon that day.
DALAS LIGHTING SHOW
We have purposely scheduled the Summit during the Dallas Lighting Show hoping that many of you are already used to being out of the office during this time. Hopefully your customers are understanding of you being unavailable for that day and a half. We will also network with many industry executives who will be in town for the event.
ACCOMMODATIONS
For the duration of the Summit, we will all be staying at the brand new and very cool boutique hotel, Lorenzo Hotel in downtown Dallas. We have reserved a room for everyone at the hotel for June 22nd and 23rd, regardless of where you live. Each day’s agenda is full including dinners and early mornings so we would appreciate if you stayed with everyone at the hotel.
NOTE: If you need to arrive the evening of June 21st because you are traveling a long distance and can’t get there by the start of the Summit, let us know and we will reserve you a hotel room for that evening as well.
ATTENDANCE EXPECTATION
You have been very carefully selected to attend the Summit and represent your division. As a leader of our company, we have high expectations about your level of participation and the importance of this Summit to our future as a team and business. We expect you to be at the Summit and focused on the event from Thursday at 11:00 AM to Saturday at 12:00 PM.
